Senior Team Members Biographies:

CARLYLE PEAKE, COO-Aladdin Capital LLC & Global Head of Syndicate:  Prior to joining Aladdin Capital, Mr. Peake was a Managing Director & responsible for the Emerging Markets Syndicate business for Merrill Lynch in New York.  In this capacity, he oversaw the marketing & execution for emerging market issuers globally.  Previously, Mr. Peake was at Dresdner Kleinwort from 2004-2007 as Managing Director & Global Head of Syndicate where he was responsible for the origination, structuring, marketing, pricing and execution of all investment grade, corporate, financial, high yield and emerging market issuance.  Mr. Peake started his career at Merrill Lynch in 1993 where he held a variety of senior capital markets roles & functions globally. Mr. Peake has a BA in Economics from Harvard University.

STEPHAN JUNG, Managing Director: Within the Global Fixed Income platform, Mr. Jung heads Aladdin’s Stamford CT based Credit Sales & Trading Platform. The US based team interacts with Aladdin’s London and Tokyo office on delivering proprietary idea generation and trade execution to Aladdin’s international client base. Prior to joining Aladdin, Mr. Jung was with UBS AG from 1999 – 2009 where he initially ran the Fixed Income Sales Team for Germany/Austria and later joined the Hedge Fund Sales team in the US.  Prior to UBS, Mr. Jung worked in Fixed Income Sales for Lehman Brothers International from 1991 – 1999. He holds a BA from UNLV.

RICHARD BARRY, Managing Director, Head of Securitized Products Sales and Trading: Mr. Barry has over 25 years of trading, sales and management experience in the securitized products market. Prior to joining Aladdin, Mr. Barry was a Managing Director and Head Trader of the High Yield and Structured Products Group at Piper Jaffray.  He was responsible for trading the entire ABS spectrum with a specialization in Aircraft ABS. During his five year tenure was also the senior structured trading member of the fixed income operation committee.  Previously, Mr. Barry was a Managing Director and head of Asset-Backed and Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities during his five years at Descap Securities.  His group was responsible for all origination, securitization and secondary trading of ABSs and CMBSs at Descap.   Prior to Descap, Mr. Barry was a Managing Director and Head Trader of the REMIC Group at Prudential Securities, where he was responsible for all phases of  primary issuance and secondary trading which included agency CMOs, non-agency CMOs, whole loans and derivatives.  Mr. Barry began his professional career at Advest Incoporated in 1983.  He is credited with establishing Advest’s CMO and ABS efforts.  Mr. Barry is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oneonta with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics.

RONALD QUIGLEY – Managing Director, Head of U.S. Fixed Income Syndicate, Head of Utilities, Debt Capital Markets and Preferred Sales: Mr. Quigley joined Aladdin Capital from Chatsworth Securities, an investment banking firm offering advisory services, public and private capital raising, and fixed income trading to institutional clients. He has over 15 years experience in investment banking, syndicate, and trading in the U.S. and international markets, and worked within the minority space with large-cap corporate clients and investors. Previously, Mr. Quigley was Managing Director, Head of Fixed Income Syndicate and Origination at Utendahl Capital Partners and started the syndicate desk at CastleOak Securities, both minority broker-dealers. Mr. Quigley has also worked at BNP Paribas, BondNet Trading and Merrill Lynch. He graduated with a B.A. from the University of Southern California. He holds Series 7 & 63 licenses.
